    Job Summary
    The basic functions of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Associate) are to provide assessments, treatment, psychotherapy, case management, and referrals to a broad range of clients, including those which are severely mentally ill and those dealing with adjustment issues. Individual, couples, family, and group therapy are available forms of treatment provided by Licensed Clinical Therapists. Clients can range in age from young children to the elderly. Support and education are provided to the significant others of the clients based on the discretion of the therapist. Additionally, licensed therapists will provide case management services and crisis intervention as needed. All services are provided in accordance with professional ethics and boundaries.

    Duties

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations

    • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy

    • Clinically evaluate patients to detect indications of abnormal physical or mental behavior.

    • Review results of psychological evaluations and evaluations from community providers to assess client needs.

    • Change method and degree of therapy when indicated by client reactions and needs.

    • Discuss progress toward goals and objectives, such as medication regimen, family relationships, educational programs, social development, discharge plans or other behavioral problems, with clients.

    • Responsible for carrying a clinical caseload, either online via secured HIPPA Compliant Telehealth platform or face to face at our organization, while maintaining required productivity level as detailed by the Clinical Director.

    • Consult external community providers concerning treatment plans and for coordination of care, as required.

    • Maintain regular contact with other agencies and professionals regarding client progress in the therapeutic treatment milieu through phone calls, letters, and/or monthly reporting.

    • Refer clients to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling, as needed.

    Requirements

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

    • Clear AHCA Level II Background Screening

    • Ability to understand and follow directions from supervisors, as well as comply with agency and county directives, state laws, licensing rules and regulations, and certification standards that cover mental health, AODA, and the chronically mentally ill.

    Position Overview
    Healing Pathways Foundation is a mission-driven non-profit seeking an experienced and detail-oriented part-time Billing Coordinator. This role is ideal for a billing professional with behavioral health experience who values flexibility, accuracy, and ethical billing practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Submit, track, and manage mental health / therapy insurance claims for individuals and families

    • Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims and resolve billing issues

    • Post payments and reconcile EOBs and ERAs

    • Verify behavioral health insurance benefits as needed

    • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and authorizations

    • Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to ethical billing standards

    Qualifications

    • Experience billing commercial insurance and Medicaid 

    • Experience using EHR systems 

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Share personal lived experiences as a model for recovery and resilience

    • Mentor adolescents navigating behavioral health, school, or family challenges

    • Provide support and linkage to resources

    • Engage in empowering activities aligned with therapeutic goals with clients

    • Collaborate with case management team and therapist in coordination of care

    Qualifications:

    • Peer Support Specialist Certification

    Healing Pathways Foundation is seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Creative Arts Therapist to aid in the design, facilitation, and evaluation of therapeutic sessions within the Creative Pathways Program. This role integrates clinical mental health practice with creative modalities to promote healing, self-expression, and recovery. The ideal candidate brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for the arts as a vehicle for transformation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, facilitate, and evaluate individual and group therapeutic creative arts sessions within the Creative Pathways Program

    • Utilize multiple creative modalities to meet diverse client needs and treatment goals

    • Create a trauma-informed, culturally affirming environment for all participants

    • Contribute to the ongoing development, evaluation, and growth of the Creative Pathways Program

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, or a closely related clinical mental health field

    • Board certification or eligibility through the relevant credentialing body (ATR/ATR-BC, MT-BC, RDT, ADTR, or equivalent)

    • Active or eligible state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

    • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or social services setting

  • The Community Engagement Coordinator works directly with the Clinical Programs Manager on planning, logistics, and execution of community events, outreach initiatives, and partnership activities. The Community Engagement Coordinator tracks engagement outcomes, participation data, and partnership activity for grant reporting and organizational planning.

  • The MSW Internship Track at Healing Pathways Foundation is designed for graduate-level social work students seeking advanced clinical and macro-level experience in a trauma-informed, healing-centered environment. This track supports the development of specialized skills in assessment, intervention, program development, and leadership.

    MSW interns take on a more independent and in-depth role, engaging in responsibilities such as facilitating groups, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and contributing to program design and evaluation. Interns may also have opportunities to integrate clinical modalities (such as CBT, narrative therapy, or trauma-informed approaches) into their work with clients and groups.

    This track emphasizes critical thinking, professional identity development, and the integration of theory into practice.     BSW interns will support program implementation, assist with client engagement, and gain experience in core areas such as case support, psychoeducation, group facilitation, and community outreach. Interns will work closely with supervisors to develop competencies in ethical practice, communication, documentation, and cultural humility.
